Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@lioraglowup.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, LIORA will provide a return solution at no cost to you after the issue is verified.
For returns due to preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label for this type of return, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees
LIORA offers free standard shipping and paid express shipping options where available. Delivery estimates and available shipping options are shown at checkout after the customer enters the shipping address.
Paid express shipping fees are non-refundable, except when LIORA is at fault or when required by applicable law. Free standard shipping has no shipping fee to refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos or video of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, gift cards, sale items, and opened or used personal care items where return is restricted for hygiene or safety reasons. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@lioraglowup.com.
