Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

United States: 7–15 business days after shipment
Canada: 10–20 business days after shipment
United Kingdom and EU: 10–20 business days after shipment
Rest of world: 12–25 business days after shipment

These are estimates based on typical carrier performance. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier availability, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders. The total cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@lioraglowup.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Líora is not able to predict or pre-pay these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it.
