We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

Do you charge customs or import duties?

Customs fees and import duties are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Care instructions are included with every product. In general, we recommend gentle hand washing for fabric items (Overnight Curl Set, Satin Silk Beanie) and wiping down tools with a soft, dry cloth after each use.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email us at support@lioraglowup.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method.
